Call for Members: CDHA Truth and Reconciliation Task Force

CDHA is forming a Truth and Reconciliation Task Force to create a reconciliation action plan that promotes culturally safe, inclusive oral health care for Indigenous Peoples. Guided by Archipel Research Inc., the task force will address systemic barriers, foster Indigenous leadership, and integrate Indigenous knowledge into education, research, and policy. CDHA seeks two Indigenous members to offer their expertise and participate in task force meetings. Apply by December 15 to help advance reconciliation in dental hygiene.

Staffing Announcement

We are excited to introduce the newest members of CDHA’s staff team:

Olga Madodo joined us on October 27 as a dental hygiene practice administrative coordinator. Olga brings over a decade of experience across customer service, operations, procurement, and project management. She is bilingual (French and English) and has worked in diverse international settings, including Canada, Kenya, Burundi, and Uganda. Olga holds a master's degree in organizational development from the United States International University–Kenya. Welcome, Olga!

Eunice Kua joined us on November 24 as our web administrator. Eunice brings experience and a strong track record in web development and web design. Her expertise, combined with her commitment to continuous learning, makes her a valuable addition to the team. Eunice holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media and IT–web design and development from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Welcome, Eunice!
