Getting Started and Managing Your Directory Listing

Participation in this directory is open to all doctorally trained dental hygienists working in Canada and is completely voluntary. Membership in the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA) is not required. The directory is publicly available for searching.

Retired dental hygienists with doctoral degrees are welcome to participate in the directory. We recommend that you indicate “Retired” as your “Organization” when completing the profile form.

Canadian dental hygienists who are based outside Canada are also welcome to participate in the directory. We recommend that you include the country in which you currently reside when entering your “Organization” in the profile form.

To opt into the directory, create your listing in your preferred language:

1. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) cannot be left blank.
2. When entering research areas, be as brief as possible, using commonly used keywords or topics.
3. When complete, click on “Submit”. CDHA will update the directory regularly based on submissions received.
4. To change or withdraw your listing, email us at info@cdha.ca.
