Ashley Clifford is an Associate Director at BMS Canada, a specialist broker that provides

Phedely Ariste, Gowling WLG
Phedely Ariste is an associate at Gowling WLG, where he represents individuals, professionals,
public entities,
not-for-profits, and private companies. His litigation practice focuses on medical defence,
health law, professional
liability, and administrative law, with additional experience in commercial disputes and sports
law. He has experience
in political and public policy work, including advising on government relations and regulatory
matters, and previously
worked on Parliament Hill with the Independent Senators Group. Phedely has also served as a
senior editor of the Ottawa
Law Review, completed a legal internship in South Africa, and co-authored chapters in Civil
Procedure and Practice in
Ontario.
