As a CDHA member, earn cash rewards on your next home sale/purchase and mortgage financing through this program,
provided by All-Purpose Realty (APR).

agent referral service that matches you with a pre-screened agent and firm that meets your needs. There is no cost to
obtain a real estate agent referral.
All-Purpose Realty has a marketing arrangement with Frank Mortgage, a virtual mortgage broker to simplify the home
buying process and make the experience even more rewarding by offering additional cash back rewards on mortgage
financing.
You can earn the following cash rewards:
- Real Estate — $25 for each $10,000 increment of completed real estate transaction.
- NEW! Mortgage Financing — $10 for each $10,000 increment of funded mortgage value.
Cash rewards can add up and there is no cap on the reward amounts. For example:
- Sell a home for $1,000,000 and receive $2,500
- Buy a home for $1,250,00 and receive $3,125
- Fund a mortgage for $700,000 and receive $700
