Note: CDHA's member eligibility list is submitted to GoodLife Fitness on the 5th and
20th of every month. If you just joined or renewed with CDHA and GoodLife is not accepting your CDHA
membership number, please reattempt to join GoodLife one to two business days after a new eligibility
list has been submitted.
