Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
The Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA), a national not-for-profit association representing the professional
interests of dental hygienists across Canada, is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Corporate Partnerships
Coordinator to join our outstanding staff team.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications and working in close collaboration with an external sales agent,
the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting key alliances with dental industry, affinity
partners, service, and retail providers. The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator serves as a liaison between CDHA and its
partners, providing the necessary coordination to enter into, and facilitate delivery of the elements within corporate
partnership contracts, agreements, and insertion orders. Working with other key staff, this position is also responsible
for managing the research, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of CDHA’s member benefit affinity programs.
This role requires a professional demeanor with strong organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills
for success. The ability to work independently with superior attention to detail is also a must.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of corporate stakeholder relationship management experience, ideally in
sponsorship and/or advertising sales and fulfillment coordination. The ideal candidate will also possess a degree in
business or marketing or a combination of equivalent experience and education. Bilingualism (English and French) as well
as previous experience in a professional association will be considered assets.
This is a hybrid position, priority will be given to Ottawa based candidates. Applicants must currently reside and be

Work hours: 37.5 per week + unpaid lunch break
Salary: $64,130 to $77,734
