A discounted room block is available at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls for registrants and exhibitors until Monday, September 16, or until the room block sells out. The hotel is extending complimentary Guest Room Wi/Fi access with endless devices and 2 bottles of complimentary water per day.

Land Travel

Use an airport shuttle to travel to/from Niagara Falls, rent a car or hop on a VIA Rail train.

Niagara Airbus

For attendees arriving at the Toronto Pearson International Airport, a discount with Niagara Airbus has been arranged. Using discount code^* “755,” book a one-way shuttle for $73 CAD per person or a round trip shuttle for $137 CAD per person to/from Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls. A 5% discount is also available on all private exclusive services offered.

Buffalo Airport Shuttle

For attendees arriving at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, transportation to Canada with the Buffalo Airport Shuttle is available for $160.80 USD (includes 20% driver gratuity, fees, and tolls for one passenger, one way).

For extra cost savings, attendees can recruit others and combine individual reservations under one credit card number at the time of booking. Each additional passenger would cost $12 USD more each way (i.e., two passengers $172.80 USD, three passengers $184.80 USD, four passengers $196.80 USD, etc.).

You must have a current and valid (expires more than 6 months from travel) passport to cross either border. The regular customs procedure requires you to stay in the vehicle for questioning and passport checking. This process takes 5 minutes.

VIA Rail Canada

Travel affordably by train to the Niagara Falls train station, located 5 km from Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls. A discount has been arranged for conference attendees, valid for travel between October 11 and October 24, 2024.

Using discount code “15561,” receive 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus or Sleeper class. The discount does not apply to any Escape fares or Prestige class. The fare is available to a maximum of two passengers per booking and is subject to the conditions and restrictions of the fare plan to which the additional discount is being applied.
