Federal Election Results

Following Monday’s federal election, CDHA congratulates Liberal leader Mark Carney on his mandate and looks forward to working with this Liberal government on key priorities, including the oral health of Canadians. The government must continue to invest in affordable, accessible, and preventive oral health care through the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The sustainability of this investment is crucial—improving access to essential oral health care is good for the people of Canada and our economy.

Customizable Long-Term Care Brochure

Customizable Long-Term Care Brochure

We recently updated our customizable long-term care brochure in English and French, a valuable marketing tool for those providing oral health care in long-term care facilities. The brochure describes dental hygienists' services, the signs of potential dental issues, and the benefits of good oral health. It can educate administrators, caregivers, and residents and promote the benefits of professional oral health care at every stage of life.We recommend packaging the brochure with a few other resources to introduce yourself to long-term care facilities.
