Thank you for your interest in creating a short video to share what you love about being a dental hygienist, the profession, or your workplace. Share your video on your social media channels using #RDHinspiration to inspire colleagues and celebrate the positive impact of dental hygiene.

Video Guidelines

• Length: 30–60 seconds
• Format: Record in portrait mode
• Topics:
  • What you love about dental hygiene or your workplace
  • Why your dental team is great
  • Opportunities the profession has given you
  • A positive client experience (ensure no client is identifiable without consent)

Recording Tips

• Choose a quiet space with natural light
• Speak clearly, a little slower than usual, and at a comfortable volume
• Introduce yourself and where you’re from
• Be positive, authentic, creative and have fun — let your personality shine!
• If you make a mistake, simply re record. We’re looking for the real you!

Post on your social media with the hashtag #RDHinspirations and @ tag CDHA on the account you’re using. CDHA will share them on our social media channels.
