How Do CDHA Webinars Work?

Webinar Event Connection Instructions
On the day of the live event an email reminder will be sent to you with connection instructions and a link directly to the webinar room. (You will be required to login to access the webinar room)
The connection instructions along with a "start webinar" button will also be activated on the webinar's landing page and your profile page a minimum of 15 minutes before the webinar start time. (You will be required to login to access)
If this is your first time participating in a CDHA webinar, we suggest that you run this quick browser test to ensure that you have an uninterrupted CDHA webinar experience.
Once you have connected to the webinar room, ensure you have your speakers/headphones on and the volume turned up.
On Demand Webinars
An On Demand webinar is simply a recording of the webinar event. Any purchase of a Webinar event, grants free access to the On Demand version. Within 48 hours of the event, we will update the connection instructions on the webinar landing page and profile page with a link to the On Demand version. Quizzes & Proof of Completion
Any evaluative component of the webinar event or On Demand will take place immediately afterwards. A link will be provided af the end of the webinar presentation. Once you have completed and passed the quiz, a certificate of completion will be made available on your profile page.
