Summary

As we approach the end of a decade of strong growth in independent practice in Canada, with exceptional growth in the last two years alone, current independent dental hygienists (IDHs) and those interested in learning more about what it takes to be an IDH are invited to attend our networking event during the TODS Meeting.

CDHA’s Independent Practice Advisor, Amanda Acker, will provide an update at the beginning of the session addressing current trends in independent practice in Canada and available CDHA resources.

Afterward, mix and mingle with both established and aspiring IDHs to discuss issues and opportunities relevant to dental hygiene entrepreneurs. This will also be an excellent opportunity to learn about what it takes to become an IDH in Canada. You’ll also have a chance to swap contact information, so bring your business cards and expand your network of like-minded professionals!
