Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 30 calendar days prior to November 12: 100% refund less a $25.00 service fee plus applicable taxes.
  • Cancellations received between 14 and 30 calendar days prior to November 12: 50% refund, less a $25.00 service fee, plus applicable taxes.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to November 12: no refund.
  • Substitutions are accepted up to November 10 with a service fee of $25.00 plus applicable taxes.

Professional Development Credit

Professional development hours/continuing education credits are determined by your regulatory body. CDHA members can contact their regulatory body to find out how many hours/credits they are eligible to receive for attending the conference. Following the conference, all registrants will be able to download a certificate of attendance from the “My Profile” section of CDHA’s website (you must be logged in).
