CDHA welcomes you as an exhibitor to its national conference, Practice360, taking place in picturesque Niagara Falls, Ontario from October 17 to 19, 2024!

Accommodations

A discounted room block is available at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls for exhibitors until Monday, September 16, or until the room block sells out. The hotel is extending complimentary Guest Room Wi/Fi access with endless devices and 2 bottles of complimentary water per day.

Reservations may be made online or by calling 1-877-353-2557 and quoting convention rate “AJC”.

Note: Due to system limitations, the online reservation link will display a Destination Amenity Fee of $15.95 per night. However, this fee will not be applied to final room charges.

Exhibit Hall Information

The exhibit hall is at the center of program activity, and food and beverage stations are strategically placed within it to encourage traffic flow. All exhibiting companies will receive an exhibitor information kit at their booth and a complimentary boxed lunch will be provided for all registered exhibitor badge holders.

Exhibit Space Details

10’x10’ booth space, 8’ high background drape, 3’ side drapes, one 6’ draped table, one wastebasket, two chairs. Additional items can be ordered through Stronco.

Services Include:

• Electrical - Please ensure that all electrical devices are properly certified for use in Canada.

If you order before Wednesday September 25th, you will be able to receive their discounted Advance Rates. Any orders received after this deadline will be processed at their standard rates.

Exhibitor Badge

Each exhibit space includes two complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional badges can be purchased for $150 each plus tax. The exhibitor badge is for exhibit hall access only and does not inlcude other conference sessions or events.

Exhibitor Badge Registration Form

Please return the completed registration form to Greg Royer or fax it to 613-224-7283 no later than September 10, 2024. After this deadline, an additional late fee of $75 will be applied.

Shipping and Receiving

Direct shipments must arrive no earlier than October 17, early shipments will be refused. All exhibitor material must be removed from the conference centre by the end of the day, October 18. Shipping details below.

If you are not utilizing a courier, the loading dock may only be accessed when actively unloading/loading. Once unloading is complete, please park in the main parking lot.
