What dental hygienists can do - social media message for advocacy
To spread the call for prioritization of COVID-19 vaccines for oral health care workers, CDHA
encourages members to post the following message on Twitter to express your voice as a local
dental hygienist to government and public health leaders in your province/territory. Insert the
name of your city/town where noted and be sure to tag your provincial/territorial member of
provincial Parliament or Legislative Assembly and Minister of Health on your post.
Message to Post:
As a (city) dental hygienist I have worked to support oral health care through the pandemic. Direct care in the mouth puts me at risk for COVID-19 exposure. I urge government to ensure dental hygienists receive prioritized vaccine access.

Consult your province/territory
