Free Kit Offer to Help Educate Your Community
CDHA members, including students, who will be educating young clients in the community or in a virtual classroom setting this fall can request FREE Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® oral health kits in English and/or French.* The multimedia kits are suited for elementary school-aged children, and each kit contains engaging and fun take-home materials as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The new “Adventures in the Molar System” theme will help you inspire children on their mission to make their smiles last a lifetime while also enhancing your presence in the community!

Note: if necessary, you can specify your home address in the shipping information fields even though Colgate’s webpage asks for a school/office address. Colgate does not validate the address information.

If you incorporate the “I’m a Bright Smiles Hero” poster in photos or videos of your interactions, you could win 1 of 5 $100 retail gift cards! Make sure to post your photos on social media and to our photo gallery using the steps below. Deadline: November 30, 2021.
For privacy reasons, if you’re unable to feature kids in the photos, grab a selfie showcasing the poster.

- Incorporate the poster in your photos**
- Use hashtags #ColgateBrightSmiles and #zerocavityfuture, tag @thecdha and post on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Be sure your posts are set to public.
- Upload your photos to our photo gallery before the November 30, 2021, deadline.

the gallery.)
After November 30, CDHA will randomly select five winners from all photo submissions posted/submitted to be a recipient of a prize.

**Don't forget you need permission from those in the photo in order to participate. It is recommended that you retain a
signed photo release form and here’s a sample form as a reference.
