The proposed system presents a paradigm shift in the methodology of diagnosis and utilizes meta-data to allow for staging and grading of individual clients, with the goal of providing more personalized client care and risk assessment. This workshop will address changes in diagnostic categories and in the classifications of periodontal and peri-implant diseases and conditions as well as provide real-world practice in utilization of the novel diagnostic system.
