Professional Development Credit
Professional development hours/continuing education credits are determined by your
regulatory body.
CDHA members can
contact their provincial
regulatory body to find out how many hours/credits they are eligible
to receive for
attending the conference. Following the conference, all registrants will be able
to download a
certificate of attendance from the “My Profile” section of CDHA’s website (you
must be logged in).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received more than 30 calendar days prior to October 17: 100%
refund less a $50 service charge.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 30 calendar days prior to October 17:
50% refund less a $50 service charge.
- Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to October 17: no
refund.
- Substitutions are accepted up to October 15 with a service fee of $20.
