Registration fees are listed in Canadian dollars. All registration fees are subject to 5% GST and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 30 calendar days prior to September 30: 100% refund less a $50 service charge
  • Cancellations received between 14 and 30 calendar days prior to September 30: 50% refund less a $50 service charge
  • Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to September 30: no refund
  • Substitutions are accepted up to September 28 with a service charge of $20.

Note: If you test positive for COVID-19 and are therefore unable to attend the event, you must submit a request to info@cdha.ca, including proof of your positive COVID-19 test, to be eligible for a 100% refund less a $50 service charge.

Accommodations

Professional Development Credit

Professional development hours/continuing education credits are determined by your regulatory body. CDHA members should contact their provincial regulatory body to find out how many hours/credits they are eligible to receive. Following the summit, all registrants will be able to download a certificate of attendance from the “My Profile” section of CDHA’s website (you must be logged in).

Your certificate of attendance will be available after October 10 at cdha.ca/profile.
