All conference fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full Conference - October 19‒21

Explore the peer-reviewed poster presentations in the afternoon followed by the welcome reception and tradeshow from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.

October 20 | 7:45 am – 4:00 pm

Learn from world-renowned opening speaker, JoAnn Gurenlian, explore the Exhibit Hall, and attend your choice of educational sessions in the morning and afternoon.

October 21 | 8:00 am – 4:15 pm

Enjoy breakfast and the annual general meeting (AGM), your choice of five morning educational sessions, the awards luncheon, and afternoon peer-reviewed oral presentations.

Professional Development Credit

Professional development hours/continuing education credits are determined by your regulatory body. CDHA members can contact their provincial regulatory body to find out how many hours/credits they are eligible to receive. Following the conference, all registrants will be able to download a certificate of attendance from the “My Profile” section of CDHA’s website (you must be logged in).
