Administrative Assistant

This position provides support to the Finance & Operations and Marketing & Communications departments. Essential qualifications include resourcefulness with a high level of organization, orderliness and attention to detail; excellent administrative & office skills with a high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite of software; the ability to work independently & collegially in an open-office environment, being adept at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines; and effective written and oral communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will possess the above noted qualifications along with a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience. Bilingualism (English and French), knowledge of iMIS, Basecamp and SharePoint, as well as previous experience in a professional association will be considered assets.
