Membership Assistant

The Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA) is looking for an organized, experienced, customer-centric individual to join our staff team in the role of Membership Assistant in a hybrid work environment.

The membership assistant provides front-line customer-service support to members as well as support of the delivery of membership services and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 consecutive years of relevant administrative and member support work experience in an office setting, ideally within an association or not-for-profit environment. The candidate must have superior administrative, organizational, attention to detail and communication skills, pleasant telephone manners and a strong customer service disposition as contact with members will be a key component of the position; fluency in English with advanced spoken French is an essential requirement.

Additional key skill requirements include advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), data entry and database search experience (membership databases, and specifically iMIS considered an asset).
