I haven't received an email with instructions on how to login?
Check the junk and spam folders of your email. If you registered the day before or the day of the webinar, you will receive an email several hours before the webinar begins.
I missed the live webinar, is there a way I can still watch it?
All of our webinars are recorded and posted as on demand versions that you can download and watch at your convenience.
What is an "on demand" webinar
An on demand webinar is a webinar that has been previously recorded that you can register for and watch at any time. All of our live webinars are recorded and released as on demand versions following the live showing.
How do I connect to the event?
There are 2 ways to access your webinar:
- Go to your "Profile" page. Once there, scroll down to "Webinars" where you will see your webinar listed, click the link to connect.
- Click the name of the webinar from the "Upcoming Events" link in the sub navigation to the left. Click the "Sign in to access" button to connect.
I have no sound?! What do I do?
Visit Youtube or some kind of audio site and test to make sure your speakers are working. If so, first try restarting your browser - this often remedies most sound problems. If there is still an issue, you can call the conference number and listen by phone. The number is: 1-800-267-5235 ext. 261. When prompted for a PIN enter 1357
When watching an on-demand webinar, do I have to watch it from start to finish in one sitting, or can I stop and resume later where I left off?
You are able to pause or stop and resume if you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. This feature does not currently work with Google Chrome.
